Shipping Policy
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. You will receive an email or a text message to track your order.
Philippine Orders
Cash on Delivery: If you choose Cash on Delivery, you will receive your order via our partner courier Gogo Xpress and will pay the shipping fee together with your order.
Same Day Delivery: If you are within Metro Manila, we can book a Grab or Lalamove for same day delivery. If your location is near our stock rooms in Muntinlupa or Parañaque city, we will contact you and our personal riders may deliver your order.
If you are located outside of Metro Manila, you will receive an email or a text message with your tracking number. You will receive your order via Gogo Xpress or LBC within 3-5 days.
International Orders
We ship worldwide via UPS or DHL.
Depending on your location, you may be part of our FREE SHIPPING zones.
Our standard delivery time for International orders is 5-10 days, however, delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and other factors. If there is any delay in delivery, we will inform you of the same.
Delivery confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your delivery.
